Bio
The Guitar Department at Vets is centered on the classical style of performance and instruction.The Corpus Christi Independent School District provides guitar as an elective at all 6 high schools in the district. The courses offered at Vets are Guitar 1 (beginner) through Guitar 4 (advanced). Students in the program primarily learn the classical style of playing but also learn other styles like rock, blues, country and jazz to ensure that they receive the most comprehensive guitar instruction possible.
