I spend half of my days as a scientist at an animal feed supplement company (digestive health and immunity). German / Dutch childhood, now living in France after a long stint in the US (13 years). Love (in no particular order) the outdoors, cooking and eating, beer and wine, my kids and wife, windsurfing, and thinking the whole day.
