Along with teaching professionally for over 15 years, I am an avid guitar player who loves to play solo arrangements from Bill Frisell Style minimal arrangements to Chet Atkins inspired originals to carefully crafted jazz and pop standards from all eras. I also tour with a Sun Records cover band and needless to say I love the Scotty Moore style.
Norm Harris of Norman's Rare Guitars himself said, after hearing me play the Chet stuff, that I made it sound like "that's the country it came from". I'm from Australia, so that was quite a complement!
