SOMEONE - Masterclass
Learn how to play "SOMEONE" - I composed this little piece as a solo etude based on a jazz standard progression as a basic exercise for myself adressing various right hand techniques (crosspicking, sweeping, skip-sweeping, legato) in a musical context. In this course you'll find a complete playthrough of the recording and an extended selection of right hand picking motion rudiments. You' ll also get a chord diagram version of SOMEONE just to have your left hand on point on every section throughout the tune.
A few additional exercises show you how to incorporate a musical idea taken from the piece into your fretboard knowledge workout routines.
You can use all the exercises to build up the skills and chops required to play this particular arrangement or use it as a starting point and inspiration for your own imagination on songs like this.
Have fun exploring!
