Melodic Etudes for String-Skipping, Finger-Picking, "Hammer-Picking", and Linear Counterpoint

This set of 5 Etudes is designed to push any guitarist of any discipline/style to strengthen the coordination between and independence of the two hands and eight fingers across the entire neck of the guitar by means of string-skipping arpeggiation. Much like a pianist, fingering and positioning are key to being able to play these pieces successfully and not painting yourself into a corner. Etudes No. 1, 2, and 4, can be played either finger-picked or with a pick, both challenge benefit either skill set. I recommend using a pick for Etude No. 3, though finger-picking can work!
These diatonic pieces, or etudes, or whatever, are written with musical intent: though they're powerful exercises, they should hopefully be musically satisfying as well!
