User profiles in the Soundslice community

If you post to your Soundslice channel, we highly recommend filling out a public user profile. Here’s information about that.

Viewing user profiles

There are two places to see user profile information — a basic one and a more detailed profile.

The basic user profile info lives at the top of a user’s channel. For example, here’s the basic profile from the official Soundslice account:

This includes a “short bio” plus instrument(s) and user location.

The detailed profile lives on its own page, accessible by clicking “About” from any user’s channel. For example, here’s the detailed profile from the official Soundslice account:

On this page, you can really spread out and tell people about yourself: a long biography, social media links and/or other links.

All of this is totally optional.

Editing your profile info

To edit your profile info, go to your Soundslice account settings and click “Change” next to “Bio.” Here is a direct link.
