Today we’ve launched a new feature that many people have asked for: a left-handed view of the fretboard visualization.

Today we’ve changed how our playback speed selector works: you now specify the speed in BPM (beats per minute) instead of a percentage, if you’re using synthetic playback. “Real” recordings, such as MP3s or videos, still use a percentage.

We’ve made a big change to our player today: it now has a prominent loop button, which makes it simple to loop a section of music.

Today we’re happy to announce a new feature that makes it easier to follow music that has lots of repeats or jumps. It’s called “Expand repeats.”

We’ve added a new way to view chord charts on Soundslice! For slices that have chord diagrams, you can now view just the diagrams.

If you’ve arranged your video to be above notation, then you can now resize the video to make it taller or shorter.
