Our music-scanning system now detects trill markings:

This applies to all scans going forward. If you’ve previously scanned music with trill markings, we won’t retroactively add them — you’d need to do a fresh scan. But frankly it’s pretty easy to add the marking with our editor.

We’ve updated our Supported notations in PDF uploads page accordingly.
