New: Disable colors in any slice you’re viewing

If you’re viewing music in Soundslice that uses colored notes, you now have the option of disabling the colors.

Our player’s Appearance options now include a Color toggle:

To keep our interface clean, this toggle will only be visible if the music actually contains any custom colors.

Sometimes teachers use colored notes for beginner students, and other times people use colored notes to emphasize certain passages of music. In either case, it’s useful to be able to hide the colors if they’re too distracting or too much of a crutch.

See Showing/hiding parts and notations for more on the various ways you can instantly tweak music to fit your needs. And see Setting note colors for info on how to color notes in any slices you’ve created.
